The Villas is a boutique residential development forming part of a larger master-planned community in Coffs Harbour. This cluster of six semi-detached townhouses integrates within a broader 12-townhouse configuration, alongside residential towers and communal recreational facilities, all designed to cater to a senior-oriented lifestyle.
The project progressed from schematic design through to on-site construction coordination, ensuring alignment with both client expectations and the needs of the aging community. Each villa features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, with a design focus on natural light, luxury finishes, and accessibility to support aging in place.
Through continuous engagement with the client and existing senior residents, the design evolved to incorporate direct feedback from end users, ultimately refining the approach to senior living solutions within a contemporary residential setting.
